How it works

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu focuses on the flow of Qi—vital energy—throughout the body. When Qi is significantly disrupted or blocked it leads to discomfort and ill health. Shiatsu restores balance using touch, gentle movement, stretches, and acupressure points to unblock and harmonise your Qi.

How I work

In one-to-one, hour-long sessions, I combine consultation, observation and touch to create a supportive space where you can explore and address your concerns. Through this process, I help you understand and engage with your own energy system, incorporating the teachings of Qi to empower you in your healing journey. This approach empowers you to guide your own healing journey, guided by TCM principles, to foster greater balance, vitality, and ease in your life.
