Qigong

Qigong can be roughly translated as "improving energy flow through practice." We use smooth, repeated movements and mindfulness techniques to improve posture and calm the mind. In doing so you gain a deeper understanding of your own energy system and how to support its flow and balance.

In group sessions, exercises are tailored to your individual aims and current condition, ensuring they meet your needs while promoting relaxation, vitality and community.

Drawing on the philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine, my Wellbeing Guidance sessions provide a compassionate and holistic approach to these challenges and more.
